Escape to the peaceful countryside of Crossbrook Farm for a restorative Pilates Retreat Day designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. Begin the day with uplifting Pilates classes suitable for all levels, before easing into an afternoon of pure relaxation. Unwind in the woodfired hot tub, indulge in a beauty and wellness treatment from the onsite team, and finish the experience with a deeply immersive Sound Bath session. Whether you come solo for some well-deserved self-care or bring a friend to share the experience, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and make lasting memories in a beautiful countryside setting. Delicious and nutritious food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Payment must be made in full to secure place Unfortunately there will be no refunds after 31st October Please do not attend the event if you have become unwell with any infectious conditions, for example Covid-19, Diarrhoea or Vomiting. In the event of instructor illness the retreat day will go ahead with a 50% refund offered Please ensure you have thoroughly read the Terms & Conditions on the Website and completed the health screen to the best of your ability when placing your booking I look forward to seeing you for a day of Pilates, Relaxation & Wellbeing.
